Sprouse Marketing Group takes its relationships and the process of working with its clients very seriously. Quite simply, we don't want to waste our time or yours. This is why we take a very distinct and unique approach in finding out whether we're a good fit for you, and vice versa.
We also expect that our clients will make the same commitment to us as we do to them. To be totally clear, a lot of time is spent upfront in determining whether Sprouse Marketing Group can provide solutions for our clients in the most effective way possible and that our clients are the right fit for us from a relationship and positioning standpoint.
Now that that's out of the way, our specific, 7-step process occurs in a few stages:
- Client fills out the Information Request Form found here
- A representative from Sprouse Marketing Group will be back to the client to get some more background and get to know in general what they are looking for.
- Client fills out a more in-depth questionnaire called the "Prospective Client Discovery Questionnaire" (PCDQ). While the PCDQ is more in-depth, it is designed to be completed in 20 minutes or less.
- Client emails the PCDQ back to their Sprouse Marketing Group representative, usually within 72 hours.
- Client gets on the phone with Sprouse Marketing Group President and CEO, Mike Sprouse, for a free 30-minute consultation and in-depth discussion.
- Clients engage in a paid "Client Immersion Day" with Sprouse Marketing Group in person (rates vary depending on scope). At the end of the Client Immersion Day, all ideas generated by Sprouse Marketing Group are the clients to keep regardless of whether a long-term relationship is formed.
- Clients and Sprouse Marketing Group agree on a longer-term relationship for a minimum of 12 months (terms and details are customized for each client).
As you can tell, this is called a "process" for a reason. Both the client and Sprouse Marketing Group invest time and money into the process in the early stages, and we believe that the best, most successful, and longest-lasting relationships start that way
