The confidential, "Prospective Client Discovery Questionnaire" (PCDQ) is an important part in the Sprouse Marketing Group process. If you have reached this page and have not yet submitted our Information Request Form, please click here. Once you have done that, a Sprouse Marketing Group representative will be in touch with you to determine whether it makes sense for you to fill out a PCDQ.

The PCDQ is a bit more of an in-depth questionnaire and covers certain pieces of information unique to your business. Even though it is fairly in-depth, it is designed to be completed in 20 minutes or less. So the investment of time is fairly minimal to this point, but nonetheless important.

Upon completion of the PCDQ, you will have a 30-minute free consultation over the phone with Sprouse Marketing Group President and CEO, Mike Sprouse to review the answers to the questionnaire, and also so that he can provide some general recommendations and solutions.
